What is GAPP

Georgia Pediatric Program is a Medicaid Program that provides services to medically fragile children under the age of 21 in need of skilled nursing care and/or personal care support.  Services are provided in the home and in the community.  Services are approved based on the child's medical needs, and families who are eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time.

Georgia Advocacy Care

Georgia Advocacy Care is an approved GAPP provider that promotes the health, well-being, and happiness of children under the age of 21.  Georgia Advocacy Care provides at-home staff support that provide care to maximize the quality of life of individuals served.  Services provided include help with bathing, meals, housekeeping, assistance with ambulation & transfers, skilled nursing care, tube feeding, wound care and much more.
